Attitude is Key.

Attitude is the most important when dealing with customers.

When I am on the sales floor with a customer, smiling and comunicating with the customer on a personal level is key. I put  myself in their shoes by taking interest in them. I take interest in the room that my customer is decorating by asking questions about color, furniture, rugs, etc. The quality of work you put out will determine your success. Building clientele is big when you are on the sales floor. Remember that when dealing with customers; you want them to come back and to refer your company to their family and friends. Love what your doing and have fun with it and you will be successful.
